We are looking for a Video Strategy team member to join our production team. This role is a hybrid of creative strategy, on-camera presence, and hands-on video production. The ideal candidate can think strategically about content, create engaging video concepts, and is comfortable both behind and in front of the camera.
Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Concepting
- Develop creative ideas and strategies for video content aligned with brand and campaign objectives.
- Research trends, platforms, and audience insights to inform content direction and optimization.
- Collaborate with creative and production teams to bring concepts to life.
On-Camera & Talent Work
- Act as on-camera talent when required (presenting, explaining, or performing in content pieces).
- Deliver scripts and improvise naturally for different content formats (short-form, reels, TikTok, etc.).
Video Production Support
- Assist with basic video shoots (framing, lighting, recording).
- Perform simple edits using CapCut or similar editing software.
- Ensure final outputs meet quality and platform requirements.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of digital content strategy and storytelling.
- Confident on camera with clear communication and natural presence.
- Basic video production skills: shooting, editing (CapCut, VN, or equivalent).
- Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other short-form video platforms.
- Creative mindset with problem-solving skills and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
