Responsibilities

• Create and execute test cases & testing documentation

• Perform manual/automation testing for web & mobile apps

• Identify, report, and track bugs/issues

• Conduct regression, functional, and UAT testing

• Collaborate with Product, Dev, and UI/UX teams

• Ensure product quality before release

• Support troubleshooting and production issues

• Maintain QA process and testing standards

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as QA Engineer / Senior QA

• Strong understanding of Manual & Automation Testing

• Experienced in API testing, regression testing, and UAT

• Familiar with Agile/Scrum development process

• Experience creating test case, test scenario, and bug reporting documentation

• Familiar with tools such as Postman, JIRA, Selenium, or similar testing tools

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Good communication and collaboration with developer & product team

• Detail-oriented and able to work under tight deadlines

• Experience leading QA process or mentoring junior QA is a plus
