In Zero One Group Partner, you will work with a highly motivated team of designers, researchers and engineers to build software products that make a real difference to the businesses we work with. You’ll be able to directly implement your knowledge and grow in areas including agile methodology, full-stack development and business processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications on both frontend and backend.

• Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces.

• Design and implement APIs and database structures.

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver features.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and improve application performance.

• Ensure code quality, scalability, and security of the application

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in a Software Development Company or tech-based company.
• Experienced in working within an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Proficient in modern frontend frameworks (React.js, Vue.js, or Angular), including state management and responsive design.
• Experienced in building and integrating RESTful APIs.
• Proficient in at least one backend technology: Node.js (Express/NestJS), Laravel, or Django/Flask.
• Strong knowledge of MySQL or PostgreSQL (database design and query optimization).
• Proficient in using Git for version control.
• Experience deploying applications to VPS or Cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure) is a plus

• Strong communication skills, especially when conveying technical information to possibly non-technical audiences.

• Experience in working with an agile product team.

• 3 years experience as a product manager required

• Active willingness to learn, especially about technology solutions.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with frontend (e.g. HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and backend (e.g. Python, APIs, databases) technologies. No direct experience is required, but a curiosity to explore these topics from an engineering perspective is a big plus.

• Familiarity with UI design platforms (e.g. Figma).
